Snapshot
Lee Carseldine is a left-handed all-rounder who plays with the Queensland Bulls in the Australian domestic cricket competition and has played with the Rajhastan Royals in the Indian Premier League Twenty20 competition.
He is one of the all-time great sporting comeback stories. He wasn't just struggling to play cricket ... he was struggling to fulfil general everyday activities because of a chronic back complaint. But after four years out of the game with not just a career-ending injury but a life-threatening illness, he returned to the top level with the Queensland Bulls.
He was a standout performer in the 2008-09 Australian domestic competition, leading the Queensland batting in four-day, one-day and Twenty20 cricket and winning the Ian Healy Trophy.
